Error while creating Database in 10.2.0.4.0.OS is HP-UX 11.11 (merged 3) [message #384736]

Dear ALL,

We are facing the following error while creating new database.

Error:

ORA-12157: TNS:internal network communication error

Details:
--------
Os: HP-UX 11.11
RDBMS version : 10.2.0.4.0

Additional info:The HP-UX box has already 8i and 9i installed with DB running.

I checked in metalink.But i could not find exact solution

Please help me in this.

ORA-12157: TNS:internal network communication error
 *Cause:  Internal error during network communication.
 *Action: Not normally visible to the user. For further details, turn
 on tracing and reexecute the operation. If error persists, contact
 Worldwide Customer Support.
