I checked several patch update advisory, all of them didn't include the version 10.2.0.1.0.
Anybody knows why Oracle ignored this version?

Sorry if i didn't make myself clear.
What I meant was:
I saw this from Oracle patch update advisory,
Quote: | Product releases and versions that are in Premier Support or Extended Support, under the Oracle Lifetime Support policy:
• Oracle Database 11g, version 11.1.0.6 [ Database ]
• Oracle Database 10g Release 2, versions 10.2.0.2, 10.2.0.3, 10.2.0.4 [ Database ]
• Oracle Database 10g, version 10.1.0.5 [ Database ]
|
so there is no 10.2.0.1. but should i use this patch to 10.2.0.1?

As I understand it (which might be wrong), 10.2.0.1 is the very first 10g R2 version. Think of it as if it way the first release of MS Windows XP.
10.2.0.2, 10.2.0.3 and 10.2.0.4 are patches. Think of them as MS Windows XP Service Pack 1, Service Pack 2 and Service Pack 3.
So yes - there's no patch whose name is 10.2.0.1 because it is a basic version.
