Hi guys,
When I install osb, the driver picks up the following path for the tape drive:

/dev/obt0

Everything works fine and I can backup to tape. However, I now want to use the hardware compression feature of the tape drive. Having done a bit of digging around, I believe I now need to use

/dev/rmt/0cbn

in order to use hardware compression.

My question is, how do I now re-configure/force the driver to use /dev/rmt/0cbn, which is not detected at install?

I have tried to symlink the two but that did not work.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Zaff
