I have already installed oracle 10g database and oracle form builder version 6.0.8.14.1, while installing oracle developer 10g suite 10g 9.0.4.0.1 business intelligence i am getting error saying Oracle Developer suite 10g cannot be installedinto an existing oracle9i 9.2.0.1.0 or higher Oracle Home. if we give new home its installing but we cant able to connect to database through discoverer administrator.
can some one help me on this issue

Being unable to connect might be because of multiple TNSNAMES.ORA files (and the fact that not all of them have been maintained). If so, search the board for TNS_ADMIN (this is one of these topics).
By the way (and as far as I can tell), ALWAYS install every Oracle product into its own directory (i.e. Oracle Home). Otherwise, you may expect serious problems when using these products.
