I try restore my RMAN but show this error
RMAN-00571: ===========================================================
RMAN-00569: =============== ERROR MESSAGE STACK FOLLOWS ===============
RMAN-00571: ===========================================================
RMAN-00554: initialization of internal recovery manager package failed
RMAN-04004: error from recovery catalog database: ORA-01033: ORACLE initialization or shutdown in progress
I tried to shutdown/startup the database and restart the lsnrctl but didn't work.
What can I do to solve this problem.
