Indianapolis, Indiana company needs an Oracle Database architect to join
its' I.T team.
The opportunity is a full time staff position with an e-commerce solutions
provider.
This is a high intensity, silicon valley, fun place to work type environment.
The position reports to the company's lead technologist.
* Description
The database architect defines the tables, indexes, views, constraints,
triggers,
stored procedures, tablespaces or storage parameters, and other
database-specific
constructs needed to store, retrieve, and delete persistent objects.
* Requirements
The selected candidate must have a solid working knowledge of the following:
· Oracle Database Administration (3+ years experience)
· Relational Database Analysis and Design techniques
· System Architecture, including Database and System performance tuning, as
well as
hardware and network workload balancing
· Analysis using ERD (Entity Relationship Diagrams)
E-business site development experience
