Role : In a team of 4 people I am involved in Design
and Coding of Database & GUI Screens. I am also
involved in analyzing the information by using
THIRD NORMAL FORM method.
Description : This project automates the launching of prototype
jobs from all the 18 R&D divisions as well as
other divisions and the progress of the job can
be monitored from the concerned department. This
project also helps in printing of process shop
orders and aids in getting the IED department
parameters like job completion time, individual
process time, process bottlenecks etc.
This project carries 15 database tables
with standard normalization criteria and necessary
constraints.The complex database constraints and
manipulations are done by the appropriate database
triggers . There are also around 20 procedures ,
functions & packages for manipulation ,generation
and validation .There are around 36 GUI screens
spread over 6 forms with necessary front end tools
like event triggers, subprograms to support the
activities .we have proposed around 15 REPORTS of
different kind to suit our needs.

2) Title : CADDS DATABASE
Duration : 8 Months
Role : In a team of 5 people I was involved in Design and
Coding of Database & GUI Screens. I was also
involved in analysing the information by using
THIRD NORMAL FORM method.
Description : CADDS Database is an application package which
cater to the requirement of R&D's to get Daily
Progress of PCB Boards Launched, Completed Boards,
Information about the Projects,concerned R&D's etc
It also maintains total Machine hours utilised
& individual Man hours taken to perform the
Specific task . It helps in getting information
required by the IED Dept. For Performance.
Appraisal of the operators.To automate our
operations we have made 16tables & designed 22
GUI screens & 6 reports.each m/c center will be
assigned to 2 or 3 operators.So we have created
views on all the 16 tables & given privileges to
the respective operators so that they can enter
informations like Staff no. ,starting time etc.
After finishing ,if the job passed by quality
assurance people , then they have to enter the
finish date & the job will go to the next
m/c center. We have written After delete triggers
to store total m/c hours & man hours taken to
finish the PCB.

3) Title : Change Proposal Management System
Duration : 10 months
Role : In a team of 6 people I was involved in Design and
Coding of Database & GUI Screens . I was also
involved in analysing the information by using
THIRD NORMAL FORM Method.
Description : CPMS maintains the details of changes made to Part
Drawings along with the doc. Code & issue level,
Originator of the Proposal, Concerned R&D's etc.
It helps in automatic generation CP Nos, Change
Notice nos., and Validation of Authorised Depts for
raising Change Proposal.For all the 18 R&D s we
have to maintain part drawings and Assembly Drawings
of our old and new projects.There may be some
change in those drawings due to design error,
change due to purchase parts, change in drawings
itself.There are some authorised depts like
Production Control, R&D,Standards who can raise
change proposal.The R&D`s have full authority to
accept or reject the CP.So we have created 18 tables
for all 18 R&D `s and given views to the authorised
depts so that they can raise there CP.Once it
comes to the particular R&D , the concerned Engr.
Will check its acceptability and modify the
documents affected by the Change Proposal.

Front End : Developer - 2000
4) Title : BILL OF MATERIALS
Duration : 8 Months
Role : In a team of 5 people I was involved in Design and
coding of Database 7 GUI Screens. I was also
involved in analysing the information by using
THIRD NORMAL FORM Method .
Description : BOM maintains the details of manufactured parts,
Electrical Parts, Fasteners etc., used in the
projects. It is designed to explode the parts as
per their category code to smoothen the Production
planning process.
