when i try to run
Oracle Management Sever (Ver. 2.1.0.2)
on windows NT 4 SP 5,
i get error 2140: Windows NT Internal Error.

It used to work fine, can anybody tell me what can be problem ??

In OEM Configuration Assistant, choose Edit Configuration Parameters, then make sure that SERVICE contains a logon string in this form:
<HOSTNAME (of management server)>:<PORT>:<SID>

That cleared up this problem for me.

Correction: Logon string didn't show up in my reply. It should be HOSTNAME:PORT:SID
