i am unable to connect to developer 2000 from personal oracle 8 and also entriprise oracle 8.please mention me the details of installation for forms 5.0 and interface of oracle8

I have installed developer 2000 and oracle on the system.Could u please tell me how i configure the hostname and connect to oracle.
