Hi,
first, mapping and output refer to the directory you are using to output jpegs and reports - enter the listener virtual directory and physical directory address that the virtual directory points to.
Second, the server wixard is in a directory call wzc, but in my experience, it diesnt work!
Third and fourth problems probably relate to the port address that you are running you listener/and or D2K server on, and the default virtual directory that you have configured in your listener.
