1. Presently the DB is set for Archivelog mode. I would like to change to NOARCHIVELOG MODE.

2. If I continue with ARCHIVELOG MODE and If I have to take reqular backups, what are the various steps involved in the processes and how frequently I should cleanup my arch directory.

Kindly advise.
