When testing new connection in Jdeveloper 3.0, I get the following results.

IIOP connection : "Testing connection" message hangs forever.

HTTP conection : java.net.SocketException: Unexpected end of file from server.

I will greatly appreciate it any help on this problem.

I have an Oracle 8i database and running OAS 4.08.
