How to replicate a data model automatically [message #366486]

I have an application that create table & indexes automatically :-(
I would like to replicate the data of this database on a second database but I don't know how to replicate automatically the datamodel into the second database.

My solution consists in creating a deamon in bourne shell that analyze the structure of the data model of the primary database an create automatically the snapshot log into the primary database and the snapshot into the secondary database when a new table appears into the primary database.

Is it a good idea or have you a solution more simple ?
