Hi, I'm new to this site, but had a question and am
hoping this is the right place for it. I've been
looking for a way to perform natural language queries
on Oracle and believe the ConText cartridge will allow
me to do that. I've search everywhere and the only
cases where i've found results seems to point to
the ConText cartridge. Does anyone know how to
implement something like this? To clarify, I have
a database of information that I'd like people to
be able to type in a question like "How do I do
this?" and be able to search my database based on
that question, but not simply by keywords (that'd
return poor results). The only thing I can think
of would be to break down the question into words
that can be used as themes and perform a theme
search using the ConText cartridge. Does this sound
like a good approach to natural language queries?
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Vinh,
That sounds like a plan.
I would encourage you to explore possibilities of defining your own SQE.
You can define your own rules that way.
Although it will still not be quire as "natural" as you would expect, if you do enough refinement to make it look natural.
Let me know if I could be of more help.
thanks.
