Could you please tel me two days before orafaq site not opening & today home not opening.

May i know is there any maintenance work??

I'm afraid that thread you have found has nothing to do with the real cause of your problems, as it talks about mutual Oracle Forums and OraFAQ Forums links.

However, yes - there's been maintenance in progress; I'm sure that every page which refers to OraFAQ franchise will work even better, once the maintenance is finished.
