HI,
I am using Oracle 10g on solaris 10, previously it was Oracle 9i with solaris 10. whaere if i want to run some binary's, i am getting the error

ORA-01019: unable to allocate memory in the user side

i tried putting the variable in /etc/system file i.e,

set max_uheap_lpsize=0x2000000

still i am facing the same problem, Kindly do the needful in the earliest.

Can't give you any advice really, might be an incorrect environment setting or perhaps you have to apply a patch.
