Maybe it would be wise to wait for the site to come back before suggesting such an option but I think it is a good idea, forums are not competing with the others (in my opinion).

I've noticed that it has been down quite often lately.

So, we could ask Oracle Corp. to add a little advertisement to the bottom of the page you've attached to your message, something like

Am I wicked or what? /forum/fa/1626/0/

... and his initial response was "no way" (probably) due to legal restrictions. I'm not a lawyer, God forbid, but - if this suggestion applies to the "7. Third Party Web Sites, Content, Products and Services" chapter of Oracle Forums Terms of Use, well, I didn't find anything disallowed in there. Once again, I don't know anything about this stuff, but it would really be a nice feature. Wouldn't it?
