hi,

my problem is EM stoping & starting ok
(emctl stop dbconsole) (emctl start dbconsole) and the port is opened but when i try to open it from explorer it give me this message:

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

What is the output of emctl status dbconsole ?

Do you have a firewall in place ?

EM Daemon is running.

no firewall, it was work before no problem at all untill last un-expected shutdown?

Did you change anything in the configuration ?

Can you ping sec2-h ?

Have you check the logs in %ORACLE_HOME%\<hostname_sid>\sysman\log ?
