I have to use the freeware GPG version 2 for the encryption and decryption of a file. i downloaded the installable from www.gnupg.org but the installable has an extension *.tar.bz2.
Firstly please let me know how to use this file.
Also, im totally unaware of the steps required for the encryption and decryption of a file using this freeware.
Any pointers would be highly helpful.
