Hi,
The database server is with performance issues.
A very lot of I/O.
The cart of statistcs show the following events:

- Buffer busy wait
- db file sequential read
- db file scattered read

Server: Windows 2003 server
Memory: 3G
SGA: 400M
Buffer cache: 100M
Active session: 60

Some suggestions?
