Hi,

Can someone send me the documentation of "alter system set events" and its parameters.

"alter system set events '10197 trace name context forever , level 1'; "

The above is set in our DB which has impacted the performance a lot as its skipping the indexes after setting this. I want to know how to switch this off ??

I tried
alter system set events '10197 trace name context off';

But still it would be great if someone can point to documentation related to this.
