When Oracle tries to run the Oracle-suggested backup, the backup task fails, and the error message reported in the DB Console is "error writing input to command".

The password has changed since the job was originally set up months ago - could that be a reason that this job is failing with such an error message? What are some other known causes of this error message? Thanks in advance.
