Is there a possibility to say "RMAN" every time when begin the backup delete the old backup. This means that every day before he starts the full back up he will delete the old.
Due to lack of space

No, every backup pieces will be at location. If it is expiration, it or them will be marked as EXPIRED, or if it is obsolete, it or them will be marked as OBSOLETE.
Delete it/them by
RMAN> crosscheck backup;
RMAN> delete expired backup;
RMAN> delete obsolete;

Are you saying you only have room for ONE backup ?
If so, how are you going to configure 7 days worth ? Are you doing incrementals ?
