Is that any one can help for the APEX 3.1.2 patchset?

I don't have the metalink access to download the patch.

Any one can help me out?

If you don't have Metalink access you have to access to patchset.

You can have patchset ONLY if you have access to Metalink.
If yes, just click on "Patches & Updates" tab.

Any how I don't have the access to Metalink.

Can you able to send me the patchset if you got the access to it?

I may need it for my own study only.
