Hi Experts,
I have to insert 50000 records in production database.
I generated statements with commit after every 1000 inserts.
Is it good idea ??

Big, Bad and Ugly. . That is generic.
I mean, your server may not go down on its knees.
Generally, it is just a bad idea. Depending on your environment, you may
run into other issues.
Meanwhile, 50,000 records is minuscule.
