Hi ,
I am going to upgrade My RAC Database from 10.2.0.1 to release 10.2.0.4 and one of oracle 10.2.0.4 component is :
"Oracle Configuration Manager 10.2.7.1"
can advice me that , is it necessoray to install & configure this component if i want to upgrade to this release or it's optional and i can upgrade witout configuring this component .
