Create a new database and import and you lose 3 days of work.
Nothing more can be done. This is why export is NOT a backup method and you just learn it the hard way.

May be you have a chance, if Oracle support your company.

The tool Data Unloader can unload your data from the datafiles into the dump file. I and my teams have had an experience with the circumstance. No archivelog, no full backup, and we're lucky because no datafiles were lost and crased or failed. But it take us many, many time to rebuild the database. Some rows was lost, some code was lost. Rebuilt from OBJ$, SEQ$, DD$, rebuilt the code from extract ddl before, rebuilt the database link, reconfigured host_name, etc... and imported many dump files from unloaded datafile.

In your case, I think, M.Cadot is right. You should create new database, import the dump file which made 3 days before than rebuilt everything like us. And, you should force your future database in archive log mode, backup daily/weekly. Nothing cannot appears.
