Recently we started to notice performance degradation while users are attempting to connect to the database. Issue is now resolved but this where my findings in the process -

1. Firstly tnslsnr is consuming 95% of my CPU.

2. Also there appear to be two Oracle listener running on my PROD server. I stop one of the listener and users where unable to connect to the database using ODBC until I restarted it. It seems that I must have two listeners before they can connect using ODBC. Other users of other applications are fine except people using the ODBC.

How do I determine while the listener is consuming 95% CPU?
