I assume these messages are being produced in your alert log?

Are these old archive logs? Are there other files on the same file system as these files?

Have you performed a backup recently?

1) These messages are being produced in the alert log.

2) These are new archive logs. Yes there are other files on the same file system as these files.

3) Yes, a RMAN backup was performed and completed successfully.

Any advice?

What is producing these messages? Are you running an RMAN job to delete the archivelogs?
