Here is my RAC crs_stat -t Resault :

ora....SM2.asm application ONLINE ONLINE db2
ora....B2.lsnr application ONLINE ONLINE db2
ora.db2.gsd application ONLINE ONLINE db2
ora.db2.ons application ONLINE ONLINE db2
ora.db2.vip application ONLINE ONLINE db2

as you see one of listener service is not online and it's remote listener , but RAC is working properly ,
I have unregistered this resource and see that Load Balancing has Stopped in RAC ,
I am not sure this resource must be Online or Not ,
could you please give advice about this .

Check enteries in /etc/hosts on your system. It should point to local systems also.

I think there is no entry for remote system.
