Hi,
Whenever i am installing 11g beta version just before the complition of installation getting message
Enterprise manager configration Failed... due to error..."Starting Database Control"
and given msg
later u can run the oem manually through script path\\bin\oem

what i will do for this....
and what is the process to rum oem script manually ?
in 10g and 11g....

and what is the default port on run on browser ?

pls help me out..

on command prompt type EMCA and enter.
