Shutdown abort Instance [message #349384]

Hi ,
I Have installed Oracle 10g RAC , it's working properly now but it's not stable , every says i have a shutdown for each instance, and there is no reason for this shutdown in alret.log file .

here is part of alert.log file :

Current log# 1 seq# 15 mem# 0: +DISKGRP1/ctmsdb/redo01.log

Current log# 2 seq# 16 mem# 0: +DISKGRP1/ctmsdb/redo02.log

Shutting down instance (abort)

Instance terminated by USER, pid = 8677

Starting ORACLE instance (normal)
LICENSE_MAX_SESSION = 0
LICENSE_SESSIONS_WARNING = 0

it's shuting down and restarting again ,
here is report of crs_stat -v output for one instance :

[oracle@db1 ~]$
[oracle@db1 ~]$ NAME=ora.ctmsdb.ctmsdb2.inst
[oracle@db1 ~]$ TYPE=application
[oracle@db1 ~]$ RESTART_ATTEMPTS=5
[oracle@db1 ~]$ RESTART_COUNT=5
[oracle@db1 ~]$ FAILURE_THRESHOLD=0
[oracle@db1 ~]$ FAILURE_COUNT=0
[oracle@db1 ~]$ TARGET=ONLINE
[oracle@db1 ~]$ STATE=ONLINE on db2

as you see this instance has restarted 5 times , it's happen in a week .
can you please tell me how can i find the reason of restarting Instance . (there is no reason log in alert.log) .
