I have currently built a Oracle 10.2.0.3 RAC database using Clusterware 10.2.0.2 on RHEL5.

I want to upgrade the Oracle database to 11g. Can I do it with the existing clusterware without upgrading the clusterware to 11g.

You should use the latest version of the clusterware with the databases.
