How can I use the same value more than once in a dynamic sql statement while using the "using" clause without duplicating it ?.

open for 'select a1, a2, a3
from a
where a1 = :b1 and a2 = :b2 and a3 = :b3'
using 'TT','TT','TT' --<< want to avoid using this same value over and over

thanks
