I am using Oracle Enterprise Edition 10.2.0.3 on Oracle Enterprise Linux.

I am trying to install a 2 node RAC database. Clusterware installation and database software installation are successful.
I don't have any shared disks , so I've created a OCFS file system locally and have shared it across both the nodes through NFS.

Then I tried installing the database and it was successful . When I try connecting to the database I am able to from the node I have done the installation.

But with the other node I am not able to mount the database. I am facing this issue.

Linux-x86_64 Error: 37: No locks available

Can anyone help me solving this issue?
