Create a new undo tablespace:
- Comment undo_tablespace from init.ora (possibly created from spfile if you use it)
- Startup
- Create a new undo tablespace
- Set this new undo tablespace in undo_tablespace parameter
- Restart

Michel

First, execute the FIRST step, don't start with the second or third one.
