I am comparing two AWR reports, one from a bad period, and another from a good one. In the Service Statistics section, I saw the Physical Reads of SYS$BACKGROUND service in the bad day is 5 times of that of the good day. I wish to find
1) What users sessions are in SYS$BACKGROUND service?
2) What they are doing at that time?

Can any one help?
