Hi,
I'm working on an ETL Datamart application. We get data from 2 Oracle DBs & put into my DB. I've been asked to tune the load scripts. We have issues in Extract (remote DB to local stage tables) & Load (local stage to actual local tables) sides.
All the load scripts are anonymous PL/SQLs basically does insert into select from tables.
What are your suggestions to improve the perf of the loads, I'm thinkin of doing Bulk collect/Forall insert. Could you advice me with tuning methods/ways

Thanks in Advance,
Channa
