Hi,
Could someone explain the concept of a Management Server in RAC in terms of:

    What hostname should be set in TNSNAMES.ORA file in case of Management Server? VIP or Management IP?

    Should all users have their Windows TNSNAMES.ORA file pointing to Management Server instead of VIP? When should Public IPs be used?

I tried googling this, and found so much information, thus need a starting point by someone to continue to reading that literature from.

VIP part. The installation process only talks about how to set it up. I am asking, what is the best to be used, management, VIP or Public?
