Dear sir

Help me solve the below problem.

Doubts-1

I made square box for each field using line color option in tool palete.

my field data is very close my line and also it is almost

my first character of the field touches the line and it is

displaying only half character.

I set the following

Justify is left to all the fields,

General layout - vertical & horizontal both I set - fixed

How can i get one space to between line and field value.

Doubts - 2

I made my outer frame line width to 1 point -

( format-line width-point 1 ) after that I getting error

"Rep-1212 Object Body is not fully encloseing object Next"

vinoth,

instead of making the field lines visible, set them as "no line" using color option in tool pallete.

then create vertical lines between you fields in such a way that the fields dont touch the vertical lines. set the "stretch with frame" property of the line as your repeating frame. i believe you have only one reating frame. also when you create the lines make sure the parent frame of the lines is your repeating frame and the line touches the top and bottom of your repeating frame.

this i think will solve your first problem.

i dont exaclty understand what you mean by format outer line width to 1 point. could you please explain

thanks ram
