Hi all

The below error i am receiving while starting the URL.could please pass your valuable solution.

Description:
The OracleOra9ias_ifInternetDirectory_iasdb service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the file specified.

Application popup: Error : The Oracle Web Cache Monitor service can only be started by the Web Cache service. It cannot be started directly from the Services control panel. Refer to the Web Cache documentation for instructions on enabling the Monitor.

we are also facing issue like ,when multiple user are trying to access the url it is stop responding.further we are unable to connect to the URL.
