Dear sir,
I face a great problem today accidentally i deleted a table from my production database, but my DB is no archive log mode,
and i have DMP backup at yesterday evening.my 20 hour data is lost.
is it possible to recover this tables data...

No it is not possible.
Now you know why ARCHIVELOG mode is great and why export is NOT a backup method.

Next time, don't use URGENT it is fordbidden.
Next time, post your Oracle version (4 decimals) most solutions depend on version.
