Hi,
Can't you do with system administrator responsibility, by going to user screen and query for SYSADMIN and type your new password two times?
Kittu.

Hi guys,
Ijust want to through some lights on this.
We can change or reset the SYSADMIN user passowrd through system administration responisibility,
Here is the processes to follow.
Log on to EBS with another user like OPERATIONS, then choose system administrator responsibility then navigate to Security--user---then click on define , then press F11 button then give sysadmin user then there you can reset the password what ever you want.
please correct me if i am wrong.
Best Regards
Krishna kumari
