Hello - I have tried installing Oracle on my PC several times. The installation wizard is stuck at 37% with no errors on screen or in logs. I am herewith attaching the screen shot of wizard.

You are the only person who can solve this problem, because you are responsible for it happening.
I don't know if it was an error of commission or error of omission but you did not follow instructions because many tens of thousands of others have succeeded.
If/when you get desperate, you might look at the log file displayed near the bottom of the wizard's frame. It likely contain a clue or 2.
