Please how do I create a new SID in a Linux environment?


Like using oradim on windows ...

Unlike windows , in Linux you dont have to create any services for a database instance .

It is a Windows stuff, there is nothing to do in Linux, just start it.

Create database manualy

Or you may use GUI - use DBCA .
