Hi,

I am planning to do an upgrade from 9.2.0.6 to 10.2.0.3.
i am not sure what steps should be taken before doing an upgrade and what would help us in the event of an upgrade failure..

Well, to be more specific..
i am aware that we should be taking a backup but how should the db be restored and what are the other options that would keep us on the safe side ?

Your ideas and suggestions would be greatly appreciated...
