Database 11g R1 has been released and still there is no any news about the 11g GC, I really hope the waiting is worth it.
and get a real complete management solution, free-of-bugs, free-of-complexity, free-of-difficulty and have a sense of quality.

If that is what you require before using a database, then I suggest you launch MS Access.
