Dear All,
Normally when we fill the background color of a text or label, I used to click fill color icon and choose the required color. However, today I have been asked to fill the color at the combination of R-181,G-148,B-88.
How to fill this combination of a particular field.
Any suggestion please?

Hi
Its two step process
Step-1:
Click Tools > Prefernces and thenon Genearl Tab, select "editable" in color mode.
Step-2:
In layout format, click format > layout option > color palette.
Now click any white box in left bottom corner of the pallete and press edit button. Now define RBG color and thats all.
Your new color is visible in Palette.
hence your objective !

Right; that's theory. However, I'm unable to do that. Do you, Dude4084, have any idea what went wrong?
First, I set Color mode to "Editable":
Then I opened Paper Layout Editor, selected Format menu and Color Palette, but - Edit option is grayed out:
What am I missing?
(It is Reports Builder 9.0.4.0.33)

I am using Report 6.0.8.11.3.
I faced the same problem but it was solved by following way.
Create NEW report and before starting report wizard. Do step 1 and 2 as dfined by me earlier. Surprisingly, you will find edit option available.
Good Luck !
