TGIF!!!!

Quick question:

Have you found a way to determine if a role is an Oracle predefined role or a user role ?

Right now, I have a list of Oracle predefined roles and if the role is not part of that list, I conclude that it's a user role.

This approach is prone to errors and the completeness of such list is questionable.

Thanks.

What TGIF means?

There is no way to determine if a role is predefined or not, this is not an Oracle notion.

Thanks for the reply!

TGIF is an English expression that means: Thank God It's Friday - thank you God, it's Friday!

[mod-edit] ran OP French through google language tools to translate and removed original French posting.
