Export /Import is the one that do fine than anything else as far as I know.

But export import will create the copy of schema.How will you propagate changes from one schema to another.This is not mirroring.

If you want an up to date mirror, you have to use Streams.

Start with reading the first chapter of Streams Concepts and Administration, then if you are interested with the other chapters and books on Streams.
